| Your Commission is for personal use only (unless expressly agreed upon for business use). you are free to do whatever you want with the Commission that you have purchased from me, as long as it stays as personal use only (barring one exception) and I am given credit. |
| Under no circumstances should you ever use any of my art in AI training, generating, or alterations. This applies to both commercial and personal use. no exceptions. if this clause is broken, all personal rights to the image are lost. No refunds. |
| By purchasing a Commission for business use, you agree to additional fees and quotes before work can begin. |
| As a commissioner, you have a right to privacy, so I will ask if you wish for your commission to be posted online/used for promotion. Once this permission has been granted, it can't be undone. |
